We’re the only SUP school in the country to bring you structured lesson plans and performance tracking.
So if you are looking at improving your performance with SUP, or getting into racing or just want to have a better technique and progress together with a set group for 5 weeks consecutive, our upcoming workshops are for you!

- We’ve done some tests over the weekend and found that depending on your heart rate we burn around 300-500calories in a SUP Basics session and 900-1000calories in the SUP Surf Fit session.
All this and total body conditioning (key focus on core stability, stabilising muscles), endurance and flexibility.
